Lazy T Ranch was established in 1995. We strive to produce beautiful, colored Appaloosa horses that will both halter and ride. We are located just outside of Springfield, Illinois. 

We stand our stallion, "Northern Brights" to a few outside mares and typically have a small number of select yearlings and weanlings for sale.

We breed quality, colored halter and performance horses with great dispositions. Our mares carry the bloodlines of Mighty Tim, Impressive, Dreamfinder, Hadar's Duke, Go Finger, Goer, King David, Mighty Matthew and are point earners who produce point earners.

They've earned numerous Regional High Point awards, are world qualifiers and are in the top 10 Leading the Nation. They ride and have great dispositions that are easy to work with.

"Norton" is a 1994 stallion, 15.2 hands in height, 1250 pounds and is a rich bay with a blanket. His sire is Timothy Bright, sired by Mighty Tim, and his dam, Mighty Magnolia is also sired by Mighty Tim.  Norton typically passes on his docile disposition to his offspring.
